Ecotarian: One who eats with an ecological focus, placing emphasis on sustainability, local choices and the cyclical nature of the food chain.

Necrovore: Instead of calling human meat eaters carnivores, Paul Watson of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society chooses to call them Necrovores, meaning people who eat dead flesh.  According to Watson, "we are closer in our eating habits to vultures and jackals than wolves and lions."
